R3 is an investment back into this generation and region by Evangelist Lee Weatherly and it's completely FREE! R3 is held each year in West Monroe, La.

Dr. Randy
Caldwell
Dr. Randy Caldwell, currently based in Houston, Texas, has been a preaching since the age of 19. Combining a high-energy style with humor, Randy has a unique way of making complex spiritual ideas plain enough to be understood by even a child. Born in the small town of Cozahome, AR, Dr. Caldwell spent the bulk of his youth in Northwest Arkansas moving from small town to small town with his parents, who were also full time ministers. His southern charm and larger than life personality create a combination that people from all walks of life are automatically attracted to.
Dr. Caldwell has found that the wisdom he’s garnered from 40 years of studying the Bible, the Torah, Greek and Roman mythology, and Apocryphal texts, is applicable to everyone. He proves that on a weekly basis as he coaches, councils, and mentors men from all backgrounds and walks of life. Whether they’re young, old, Jewish, Christian, black, white, Hindu, Muslim, non-religious or even indigenous, Dr. Caldwell has an undeniable ability to connect with people on a personal level.

Lee Weatherly
Ministering since the age of 17 through an intense, passionate, and high energy style, Lee is a voice in the Kingdom for this generation. Lee has had the privilege of speaking at various camps, conferences, and revival services both nationally and internationally. He has also worked alongside and spoken into the lives of many heroes in the Kingdom of God, while seeing hundreds of teens and adults step into a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ. Seeing souls saved, set free, healed, and baptized in the Holy Spirit is his passion.
Lee served 14 years as Student Pastor and Associate Pastor at Harvest Assembly in Oak Grove, Louisiana reaching hundreds of teens in the community. He has had the distinct honor of mentoring students and leaders across the nation. In 2019 he had the distinct honor of attending an invitation only- one year celebration of the U.S. Embassy in Jerusalem at Mar-a-Lago (the home of President Trump) with leaders from across the nation and world. Lee is a proud supporter of Israel and a member of Christians United for Israel (CUFI).
Lee served three years as Fusion Student Conference Director and various other positions across the state of Louisiana. In 2021, Lee established R3 Conference ( a FREE conference). He is also a part of Jeanne Mayo’s THE CADRE, an internationally known leadership development program. Lee is eagerly embracing this season of full time evangelism, while striving to strengthen and equip ministers, students, and adults to be effective ambassadors for Jesus Christ.
